1. Applicable scope and service content
This clause applies to our account, model and platform updates, price comparison, follow and reminders, reporting, and data export services. Specific available features and quotas are subject toSubscribePageThe instructions at the time of purchase shall prevail. This site provides information organization and decision support. It does not sell API usage credits for third-party models, nor does it represent the listed model vendors.
Please read these terms and conditions before registering or purchasing.Privacy PolicyAccounts and paid services are available to users who are at least 18 years old and have the relevant civil capacity; when using the service on behalf of an organization, you must obtain authorization from that organization. If you do not agree to the terms, please do not register or make a purchase.
2. Accounts and Reasonable Use
Please use a real, working email address that can receive mail, and keep your password, login credentials, and private subscription link secure. Contact us promptly if you discover unauthorized use of your account. You can manage your followed items and alerts in the account center, and request account deletion by emailing the contact address.
You must not use this site for illegal activity, to infringe others’ rights, to distribute malicious content, to bypass access controls, to impersonate others, or to overload the service with excessive requests. Do not submit passwords, private keys, full bank card numbers, or unauthorized personal information about others in feedback. We may restrict access for abuse, and where feasible will state the reason and provide a reporting and appeal channel.
Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)is part of these terms and specifies six categories of prohibited content, the current manual review mechanism, enforcement for violations, and reporting and appeal channels. This site provides model information and report lookups; it does not offer user-facing TTS, voice cloning, or image or video generation services. Descriptions of third-party model capabilities do not mean this site has those functions.
3. Plus Subscription and Delivery
The standard price for Plus is US$9.99 per month, automatically renewing monthly until canceled.Applicable taxes, discounts, the amount due for the first period, billing cycle, and next scheduled charge 1 will be shown before payment confirmation; the actual total payable is the order shown in the checkout you confirm. Exchange or cross-border transaction fees charged by banks are determined by the banks.
When paid subscriptions launch, existing free Plus beta users retain a 7-day grace period; your account shows the expiry time. You may choose to subscribe afterwards. Beta access, upgrade interest and admin test orders do not authorize charges or automatically convert to paid subscriptions. A paid subscription starts only after you explicitly confirm the purchase and automatic renewal at checkout.
Formal payments are handled by Waffo Pancake provides checkout and payment services; the merchant of record and transaction terms are shown at checkout. This site does not receive full card numbers or security codes. Account benefits are granted after payment verification. If charged without receiving access, contact us with your order number.
We will notify you of price adjustments before they take effect, and they will not retroactively affect periods already paid for; changes that require your reconfirmation will be confirmed accordingly. We will not convert free accounts into paid accounts solely under these terms.
4. Automatic Renewal and Cancellation
By confirming an auto-renewing subscription, you authorize charges to your chosen payment method at the confirmed price and interval. Cancel renewal from Subscriptions and billing, or use the Waffo customer portal to manage subscriptions and view invoices and refund status. Submit refund requests to our support email as described below.
You may cancel online before the next renewal charge. After successful cancellation, future automatic renewals will stop, and services already paid for will generally remain available until the end of the current billing cycle. Cancellation itself does not automatically refund the current period; for refunds, please apply under the next section. If the cancellation entry point fails, immediately email us with your order number and we will assist; you are not required to make a new purchase in order to cancel.
5. Refund Policy
A full refund may be requested within 7 calendar days of the first actual payment; renewal payments generally are not refundable.First payment means the actual payment made by the same user when first purchasing this service, excluding test transactions. The refund window starts from the time of actual payment.
To request it, please send an email from the purchase email address to zhangchen3508@gmail.comstating the order number and refund request; no need to provide complete bank card details. After verification, refunds are returned to the original payment channel via the payment service. Arrival time depends on the payment service and the issuing bank; once the refund is completed, the corresponding paid entitlements terminate.
The general non-refundable rules above do not apply to duplicate charges, failure to deliver the agreed service, erroneous charges, or cases where the law requires a refund. Your statutory rights of withdrawal, refund, or other consumer rights are not excluded by these terms. If you dispute the outcome, you may reply to the original email to request a review.
6. Content, Intellectual Property, and Accuracy
Rights to our original compilations, analyses, and software belong to us or their respective rights holders; third-party names, trademarks, announcements, and quoted content remain the property of their original rights holders. You may use content on this site within applicable law and the applicable authorization; bulk redistribution, resale, or commercial use beyond the authorized scope requires separate permission.
Content may include automatically collected or organized material or AI-assisted analysis, and may be delayed, incomplete, or erroneous. Prices, model capabilities, available regions, and vendor policies are subject to the relevant official sources and the actual contract. 7. Service Adjustments and Liability
We will maintain the service with reasonable care, but network, third-party sources, email, or payment services may experience interruptions. For major changes affecting purchased core functionality or service discontinuation, we will notify you reasonably in advance and provide remedies for undelivered portions or refunds as required by law. Free or test features may be adjusted, and the impact on users will be explained when applicable.
We assume liability in accordance with the law. These terms do not exclude liability arising from intent, gross negligence, or other liabilities that cannot be excluded by law, and do not limit your statutory consumer rights.
8. Changes to Terms and Dispute Resolution
Major changes will be announced via on-site notices or the account email; matters involving new charges, renewal authorization, or items requiring consent by law will be confirmed separately. Completed orders are governed by the terms applicable at the time of purchase, unless otherwise required by law or agreed by both parties.
These terms are governed by the law of the People's Republic of China; mandatory consumer protection rules applicable in your location remain preserved. For disputes, please first negotiate via the email above; if negotiation fails, you may seek resolution from a court or competent authority with lawful jurisdiction. These terms do not require you to waive your statutory rights to complain or seek remedies.
