Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
Effective and last updated: 2026 year October 30 · version 1.0
This policy is formulated by Zhang Chen (China, individual operator) and is MaaS Daily Terms of Servicea component applicable to content submitted, uploaded, stored, published, or distributed using our services, and to acts carried out using our services.
1. Actual service scope
MaaS Daily provides model and platform information, price comparisons, analysis reports, and subscription services. Any model capabilities for TTS (speech synthesis), video generation, or otherwise mentioned on this site are third-party product introductions,This does not mean that this website offers these generative capabilities. The site currently does not provide user-facing interfaces for speech synthesis, voice cloning, image or video generation, nor does it sell model inference quota. The Agent / MCP interfaces are used to query site information and reports.
Users may submit feedback text and screenshots; this site is not a public user-content publishing community. Our own reports may use AI for organization. If user-generated content features are added in the future, we will publicly disclose the actual model, input and output review measures, and applicable rules before enabling the features, and will not rely on this policy in place of security measures not yet implemented.
2. Content standards and six categories of prohibited content
It is prohibited to use this site's services to generate, request generation of, upload, store, publish, or disseminate the following content. These provisions do not mean that this site has already provided content generation functionality. AI-generated, synthesized, adapted, or fabricated forms cannot be used as a reason to circumvent the following restrictions.
- I am unable to assist with translations involving sexually explicit or NSFW content.Sexually explicit content, sexual conduct, sexual exploitation, non-consensual intimate imagery, and other explicit sexual material. This site does not provide adult content services.
- Violence / Gore:Content that depicts severe graphic violence, abuse or torture; advocates, threatens or instructs violence against others; or promotes terrorism, extremism, or assists in the creation of weapons of mass destruction.
- Hate speech:Content that incites discrimination, hatred, violence, or dehumanizing attacks based on identity, including race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, sex, sexual orientation, disability, and others.
- Unsafe content for children (CSAM):Any content depicting sexual abuse, sexual exploitation, grooming, or sexualization of minors, including in real, synthetic, or fictional form, and any act facilitating the acquisition, production, or distribution of such material.
- Deepfakes / Impersonation:Synthesizing deepfakes that use a real person's likeness, cloned voice, fabricated words or actions, or intimate imagery is not permitted even with their consent, and neither is impersonating an individual, brand or organization to deceive, defraud or damage reputations.
- Copyright/trademark infringement:Unlawfully reproducing, generating, or distributing protected works, trademarks, or other materials; forging brand endorsement; selling infringing content; or circumventing rights protection measures. Lawful quotation and authorized use remain subject to their applicable scope.
Also prohibited are privacy violations, credential leaks, malware, fraud, harassment, spam, circumventing access controls, and service disruption. When submitting screenshots, provide only the necessary materials you are authorized to submit and redact unrelated personal information. When reporting such content, provide the location and a text description; do not re-upload unlawful images, and especially do not upload or forward CSAM.
3. Platform Content Moderation Mechanism
Currently, it employs manual operator verification and the existing back-end review process.Feedback text and screenshots are stored in a private feedback record; operators review, verify and respond to them via the feedback admin console. Report content can be revised or removed through the editorial review process. File type and size validation and request rate limiting are only technical safeguards, not equivalent to semantic content review.
Upon receiving a report or discovering suspected violations, the operator reviews content location, necessary context, and existing records to assess severity against this policy; if necessary, access to related content is restricted first, then facts are verified, action is taken, and the reasons are recorded. Cases involving child safety, credible threats to personal safety, or other serious illegal risks are prioritized, and competent authorities are contacted as required by law. Where legal or safety requirements permit, the reporter and affected users will be notified of the outcome.
This site does not deploy real-time review for user-generated audio and video API, does not claim all inputs and outputs have been automatically scanned, and does not have a dedicated review team of 7×24 hours. Priority responses will be given to credible risk reports; this reporting channel is not an emergency rescue channel. If there is immediate danger to personal safety, please contact local emergency services directly.
4. Reporting channels and process
- No login required:Send an email to zhangchen3508@gmail.comwith the subject “MaaS Daily content report”.
- For logged-in users:PassFeedback and Reporting pageSubmit it, with the title marked “content report”; you can view the handling response in the original feedback.
Please provide the page URL or relevant identifier, the prohibited category involved, a description of the issue, and contact information that can be used for a reply. For intellectual property complaints, also include your relationship with the rights holder, the basis of your rights, and the location of the reported content. You are not required to provide passwords, private keys, full bank card numbers, or unnecessary identification.
The process is: receive report → manual review by risk priority → temporary restrictions if necessary → take action and record it → respond where contact is possible and permitted by law. If more information is needed, we will contact you through the original channel. Report information is used only for review, action, and cooperation with investigations as required by law; the reporter’s personal information is not publicly displayed.
5. Enforcement measures for violations
Depending on the facts, severity, recurrence, and risks, we may require correction or cessation of the behavior, issue warnings, remove or restrict violating content within our control, revoke related access credentials, suspend related features, or terminate services for the violating account in accordance with law. For serious violations or continued abuse, restrictions may be imposed directly; when unlawful activity is suspected, necessary evidence is preserved, reported, and cooperation provided as required by law.
Enforcement is carried out by operators through backend or controlled maintenance processes and is not fully automated. This site does not provide generation quotas, so “generating quota set to zero” is not listed as an existing penalty. Normal paid benefits will not be automatically forfeited solely because an unverified report is received; matters involving service termination, undelivered fees, and refunds are handled underTerms of Serviceand applicable law.
6. Appeal and policy update
To contest the disposition, reply to the original notice or email zhangchen3508@gmail.comMark it as "Content Disposal Appeal" and provide the original item identifier, objection reason, and supplementary materials. The operator will re-examine the original record and new evidence; if a misjudgment is found, it will correct the disposal and, within legal limits, explain the review result.
This service is run by an individual, and independent specialist review is not guaranteed. Material changes to policies or product features will be announced via on-site notices or account email, and necessary consents will be obtained as required by law. This policy does not limit users' legal rights to complaint and remedy.
