1. Information collected and purposes

• Account Information：Email address, your displayed name, account identifier, registration time, salted password hash, and login sessions, used for authentication, login, account security, and providing services. We do not store account passwords in plaintext.
• Usage and preferences:Usage records of followed models, saved comparisons and preferences, email reminder toggles, plans and quotas, exports or tool calls, etc., are used to sync settings, provide features, meter usage, and analyze service usage. Some business events are linked to accounts and are not anonymous statistics.
• Access statistics:Page paths, visit time, referrer, filtered promotion parameters, browser and device info, language, screen size and click events, used to understand visits and improve the site. Our analytics adapter does not send passwords, email addresses, search input, or any full query parameters; source attribution records channel categories such as search, social, AI, and referral, and preconfigured campaign IDs, but does not store any promotion text. Price comparison and cost estimate completion events reported through the browser may be associated with a signed-in account for first-use and return-visit analysis; it does not send usage, amounts, or model-selection details, and respects the optional analytics settings below.
• Feedback and communication:Feedback title, description, page path, screenshots you upload, replies and email delivery status are used to handle issues, send notifications you request and troubleshoot delivery failures. Please redact irrelevant personal information before uploading screenshots.
• Orders & Payments:When you use the checkout, the payment service processes the email, billing details, and payment information you submit. This site receives fields such as order identifier, items, amount, currency, payment and subscription status, and the buyer email, billing information, or last 4 digits of the payment method provided in callbacks to verify orders, entitlements, refunds, and disputes. This site does not store full card numbers or bank card security codes. Administrator test orders and official account entitlements are handled separately.
• Operations and Security Information:Operational logs such as request path, response status, time, and browser identifier are used for troubleshooting and security assurance. The network service processes IP addresses during transmission; site-specific traffic logs do not write IP, Cookie, authorization headers, or the original query string. Other infrastructure or security logs may contain network information.

We process information only on legal bases such as providing the services you request, performing contractual or legal obligations, or obtaining applicable consent. Optional processing and necessary services are distinguished; where separate consent is legally required, this policy does not replace that consent. We will not refuse to provide essential services because you decline unrelated optional processing.

2. Cookie, local storage, and statistical choices

Login uses a necessary session Cookie valid for up to 30 days; logging out revokes the corresponding session. Browser local storage is used for themes, language, interests or preferences when not signed in, statistical choices, and similar features, usually retained until you clear this site’s data. Source attribution uses tab session storage and is no longer used for that attribution after 30 minutes; clearing browser data may sign you out or remove local preferences.

We use Umami Cloud for access statistics and respect the browser’s Do Not Track setting. You can also use the button below to stop optional Umami statistics and new registration source attribution in the current browser. This choice does not delete previously saved data, nor does it turn off login, security, orders, or business records needed to provide the service.

3. Service Providers and Information Provision

We use the following service providers to perform the corresponding functions and process information only within what is needed for those uses. After visiting external websites, you should also read their policies.

• Alibaba Cloud：Hosts websites, applications, and databases, and processes information needed for service operation.Privacy Policy。
• Umami Cloud：Processes access and interaction statistics.Privacy Policy。
• Resend：Processes the recipient email address, verification codes or notification email content, and delivery information.Privacy Policy. Email reminders can be turned off in the account center or by using the unsubscribe link in the reminder email; verification codes and necessary service notifications are different from optional reminders.
• Waffo Pancake：Provides checkout, orders, subscriptions, and payment-related processing, and payments may be completed by its payment partner.Privacy Policy. Payment processing only occurs when you use the relevant payment function.

We do not sell your personal information, nor do we provide account email addresses to advertisers for targeted advertising. We do not disclose personal information to unrelated third parties except where necessary for the services you request, to fulfill legal obligations, or to protect legal rights. Upon receiving legal requests, we verify the scope and handle them according to law.

4. Storage location, retention period, and security

The website is cloud-hosted, and the above international service providers may process data outside your country or region. The specific processing locations depend on the actual deployment and service provider infrastructure; if any legally required cross-border notifications, separate consent, or other procedures apply, we will fulfill them before the relevant processing and will not infer consent from your viewing of this policy.

Account, preferences, and related business records are retained for as long as necessary to provide the service; upon cancellation, completion of the purpose for processing, or when deletion is required by law, information no longer necessary is deleted or anonymized. There is currently no unified automatic expiration-based deletion cycle for current accounts and business records; deletion requests are verified and processed by the operator. Verification codes are valid for 10 minutes, and login sessions last up to 30 days. Invalidation does not mean that all related security records are deleted immediately.

Account database backups are rotated using the most recent 14 successful snapshots. After a deletion takes effect, residual data in backups is used only for security and recovery and is removed through backup rotation; if you restore from a backup, confirmed deletions must be performed again. Transactions or security evidence legally required to be retained are kept for the applicable statutory retention periods and restricted from other uses. Information independently stored by third parties is governed by their policies and legal obligations; you may request handling through us or the relevant service provider.

We use measures such as HTTPS, password hashing, access controls, and backups to protect information, but we cannot guarantee any system is absolutely secure. When a personal information security incident occurs, we will take remedial measures and fulfill notification and reporting obligations in accordance with the law.

5. Your rights and how to apply

You can update the display name, manage your watchlist and alerts, and view your Contact emailRequest access to, copies of, corrections to, or deletion of your personal information; account closure; withdrawal of applicable consent; or ask questions about processing rules. In your request, state the account email address and the specific request, and do not send passwords, private keys, or full bank card information.

We will verify your identity through reasonable means and respond promptly; where requests cannot be met or processing must be extended, we will explain the reasons and applicable restrictions. Withdrawing consent does not affect lawful processing carried out before withdrawal; deleting necessary account information may cause related functions to be unavailable. Account closure and cancellation of a paid subscription are different actions: if you have a subscription, also submit a cancellation request to avoid missing renewal processing. You may also file a complaint with the relevant competent authority in accordance with law.

6. Minors and policy updates

The accounts and purchase services on this site are for adults and are not actively offered to users under 18 years of age. If you believe we have processed minors' information inappropriately, please contact us to verify and address it.

When there are significant changes to this policy, we will notify you through in-site announcements or your account email, and obtain additional consent when legally required. The top of the page records the update time. New data uses will not automatically obtain your authorization solely because of this policy update.
